Cripps Barn Wedding Photographer - Gloucestershire Wedding

David and Helen - 14th February 2010

Wedding Day, Valentines Day and your Birthday all wrapped up in one - How Cool Is That!?
Yep, Helen had it all.....I'm now thinking it's certainly a date David better not forget. It was even great weather, you certainly wouldn't think it was February and essentially a winter wedding (well, until you see the trees at Cripps Barn without their leaves).

I've had a hard time choosing just a few photos for the blog today, so added a slideshow at the end too. Helen and David really did enjoy their wedding day. I suggest to every Bride and groom to just kick back, worry not, share great times with your friends and family - and this is exactly how it was. Helen had lovely details, a sweet feel to the day (ohh such a romantic), and her wedding went without a hitch.

For anyone who missed it I also showed a couple of favourites in my sneak peek post below.

I guess this says it all - but for anyone wanting a little more info it was the Village Pub in Barnsley - more or less opposite Barnsley House as Helen explained it for me!

Photobucket

Everyone all together now - ahhhhh. (Yes those are pyjamas..... with hearts on)

...and again, ahhhhh. There was just too much love in one room :-)

Photobucket

Ohh those sky lights - me and them had a serious love hate relationship. One minute awesome light, the next a bloody nightmare!

Chief bridesmaid took her role very seriously.... It's important to support the bride on her big day and what better way than to copy her - hands on hips, head to the side. That'll get the dress buttoned up!

Photobucket

Photobucket

OK, Bridesmaid No. 2 - clearly not chief bridesmaid (and why not you ask). Well, she's the clumsy one.....a spillage on the dress and we'd not even left for the wedding ceremony!

Photobucket

Ahhh those sky lights - back on with our love affair.

Photobucket

So they're laughing about the dress spillage now then huh?

Photobucket

Really, it's just the order of service - what did David and Helen have written in there.

Photobucket

Cripps Barn - ready for a winter wedding.

Photobucket

I shalln't recommend the bridesmaids hair stylist - clearly MORE hair spray is required to tame that tangle.....or was that the final look she went with?

Photobucket

ahh no, hair back to normal now - phew!

Photobucket

A lovely moment, overshadowed by the Chief Bridesmaid again, entertaining herself in the background with a game of paper-scissors-stone (against herself - go figure?). It looks to have distracted David too!

Photobucket

and back to the wedding vows.

Love this photo above, so sweet with all the close family and friends.

Photobucket

Yep, this is officially the (I took it from within the fireplace) shot. Pretty warm in there I must say.

Photobucket

Ding dong.

"ooohhh, maybe one day I'll meet a beautiful girl and get married" Give it a few years though son.

Photobucket

Who an earth would trust the best man to inspect the cake????

Photobucket

Schwing, magic light at Cripps Barn....bring it on!

What were they singing? I forget now, but it makes a good photo. I mean Group Photo (there I said it, that dirty word associated with wedding photography)

Photobucket

The funny.....and the serious (below) - I love this time during speeches.

Photobucket

OMG....both of you? That's wedding photography gold dust in one shot.

Photobucket

Photobucket

Are you telling tales 'clumsy'? It's no good pointing fingers, even Davids dad knows you spilt something on your dress.

This time I chose to take my photo from outside the fireplace - a lot more comfortable.

Loved these wedding details....sweet.

And finally a slideshow of photos from the Cripps Barn wedding.
