How do they grow up so quick?

I'm sure Barnaby used to be a baby only a few weeks ago - when did he grow up into a little boy?  It's all happening too fast.  He's still in his cot though, so I snapped this photo of him after I got him up from a snooze!  


As if one growing up fast isn't enough of a problem, Barney's BIG sister appears to be doing the same thing too.  I'm sure she was just a little baby a few months ago - why on earth will she be needing a school uniform therefore? 
Note:  She's also perfected the 'fake' camera smile.



And finally for something rather random - Barney's got some new shoes - just how cool are these?  Converse All Stars for a 1 year old.  Anyone without kids, THIS is one super cute reason to have some!
