Jonnie & Sarah - 13th June 2009
Yet another scorcher of a wedding.......yeah nice to relax and have drinks, but means you a get a sweat on as the photographer! OK, so it's never gonna be the right weather for me...too many variables!
It was nice to have a Marquee reception this time round, having not shot one for a few weeks. What isn't so fun is a restrictive Vicar though, who seriously limits photography at the church. It just make my job harder to show the wedding day (with big gaps in the photograph)....I just don't get it. Anyhow, a few phone calls & emails later and I was eventually allowed to shoot a couple of frames, if only from certain points in the church. Like behind a pillar where I could see diddly squat! LOL.
Despite the limits imposed upon me I had a great day, shot some super photos and enjoyed fine country air.
Here are a few of my favourite photos from the day.

Look at that - Sarah left her wedding dress in a tree!?
They do have heads, but more importantly great legs..... I mean shoes!
The Church of Holy Rood.
Love wedding veil's - so good for photos.
The photo above is a double page spread in their album - it's so nicely lit and such a tender moment. I just couldn't get enough of wedding car photos this day.
How cool are they sat under this super tree? This was a photo waiting to happen from the second I saw the reception setting.
Jonnie: "Matt, we'd like a group photo of all the guys, how shall we stand?"
Matt: "Like that!"
