Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer - Friars Court, Clanfield

Malcolm and Rebecca - 5th June 2010

Last weekend I was at the wedding of Malcolm and Rebecca out and about in Oxfordshire.  I say out and about as I really had no idea where I was, and if not for Sat Nav I could have ended up anywhere!

Thankfully I was safely directed to Rebecca's parents house for bridal preps, then onward to the church just 3 mins away.

It was a scorching day, more muggy than blindingly sunny....perhaps that explains Matthew's outfit (Rebecca's brother seen below)

Ahh.....they proudly look on as Rebecca slips into her wedding dress.  I say 'slip', but that's possibly not strictly true - not many brides 'slip' in, it's often more of an orchestrated maneuver, with a lot of faffing afterwards to do it up!

The local Church - Rebecca's parent's also got married here - how sweet.

The old taxi for a wedding car was super cool.  Only goes about 35 mph though, so take this into account when looking to arrive anywhere in a hurry.

And there's the nice vicar who allowed me to take photos from wherever I felt was best.

Something of a classic pose this one.  Not my norm, but I rather liked it.

You would not describe Malcolm as camera shy.....below he demonstrates a few posses he's been working on ready for the wedding photos!

Gloucestershire Wedding Photography - Eastington Park

Andrew and Tanya - 4th May 2010

Just before dashing off on holiday I photographed the wedding of Andrew & Tanya at Almondsbury Church, Bristol and Eastington Park, Gloucestershire.  As I haven't yet posted any photos, I'm catching up with a few from their wedding day back in May.

We were dealt a pretty chilly, slightly damp day; which for May just isn't right!!!  None the less, Eastington Park had plenty of indoor space with a roaring fire and cosy surroundings.

Eastington Park, Gloucestershire.  A great wedding venue, that caters for guests staying on site too.  What could be simpler - everyone under one roof!

Photobucket

The wedding had a military undertone - well I say undertone, it was pretty obvious actually.

A quick tickle on the chin with this blusher brush - always makes 'em giggle.

Eastington Park is presented beautifully inside.  Great to show off some wedding details - shoes, veils, dresses - click, click, click.

Photobucket

Was Tanya ticklish there too??  Cool wallpaper huh?

Photobucket

One wedding car awaiting bride.  Dad presumably checking the driver knows where he's going. "Almondsbury Church - got it!"

I mentioned Military right?  This looks like some serious thought is going into it.

Almondsbury Church, Bristol.

Wow, he's a happy chappy.

Photobucket

I'm sure Tanya had more than one bridesmaid - where are the others hiding?

These hats make a perfect book rest for the order of service.

Andrew looks a little uncertain as to if he's made the right decision or not!

Photobucket

Ahh yeah - who could pass up that beautiful smile.

Back at Eastington Park for a few photos whilst the rain stayed off - just.
